Hi, I’m Jason and I’m a photography addict!
I’m an Arizona native (I’ve counted and there are exactly 23 of us left) and enjoy keeping active. I love traveling the southwest when I can. Grand Canyon, Zion, Escalante, and Death Valley are a few of my favorite places. Hiking, camping, and playing tennis are a few of my favorite things I enjoy doing. I’m a big baseball fan (go Rockies!) and enjoy tennis and Formula 1. I’m best described as the guy that’s’ always making people laugh, whether intentional or unintentional and usually keep my friends highly entertained. I enjoy Starbucks but only for their iced tea, I love a good lager, and I’m currently obsessed with the Brat Haus.
When it comes to photography, I’m passionate about capturing the real you. I love to get to the core of who my couples really are and capture that through the expressive medium of photography. I love the way photos bring to life the individual story of every couple’s wedding. My goal is to make your photos come alive so you can relive the incredible moments of your wedding every time you look back at your wedding photos. I smile at the thought of you having a glass of champagne every year on your anniversary while looking through your wedding album!
I am also a father of two wonderful girls, (2 and 4), and love spending as much time with them as possible. Building a Lego castle for Elsa? Yep! Making play dough Olafs? Absolutely! My Little Ponies sing-along? Everyday! We love reading, writing, going to the park, riding bicycles, and my personal favorite, coloring. Now I just need to learn to braid hair! Every wedding I photograph reminds me that I will one day be giving each of them away on their wedding day, (I often tear up during the father-daughter dance at weddings), so I am cherishing every moment I spend with them now. 🙂
Two things you wouldn’t know about me just be looking are…
I taught ballroom dancing fir 10 years. Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Jive, Tango, Waltz… Everything you see on Dancing with The Stars, tight pants and all!
I studied martial arts for 11 years and have a black belt in Kajukenbo. This means I can be extra stealthy during your ceremony! 😉
